Zumba fitness, how do you do it??

I visited the Zumba Fitness class with Maggie Palmer recently and here’s what I thought.

I was even welcomed to join in

My first impression of this class was before I even got to the class, I was welcomed by members on Facebook when it was notified that I would be visiting the class, I was even welcomed to join in (an offer swiftly weasled out of).

This class isn’t just for women, it’s open to men, women, boys, and girls.

At the class itself the members were very welcoming and friendly to me singing the praises of the class and joking about my possible participation, Maggie Palmer (pictured below) was very helpful and thoughtful going so far as to notify all in the class and give anyone the chance to hide from the all seeing eye of the camera, this class isn’t just for women, it’s open to men, women, boys, and girls.

The class was energetic and fast paced It gave me the impression they were really pushing to the limit to burn fat, tone their bodies and really have fun.

I may even attend some time down the line.

Contrary to the joking of my boss I did not end up joining in but what I have seen of this class gave a really good impression, I may even attend some time down the line.
